Facility Information

Teton Valley Kitchen is in the process of relocating from 260 N Main to the Teton County Fairgrounds. Our new location is expected to be commercially licensed by February 1, 2018. The kitchen will contain the following equipment. Tenants requiring specialized equipment not listed below should contact the Program Manager at info@tetonvalleykitchen.com. The new facility will also be available for rent 24/7. For further information, click the "Renting" tab in the toolbar above.

FOOD PREP & PROCESSING
Equipment includes stainless steel work tables, food prep sink, 3-basin sink, food processor (Robot Coupe R2 DICE), mixers (Globe 20qt planetary and 18" immersion), legal for trade 30lb scale with label printer, cutting boards, bowls and various kitchen tools.
BAKING
Equipment includes a 12 sheet proofing cabinet, with steam function, and a 5 full sheet electric convection oven with fan and steam function. Sheet pans are available.
COOKING
Equipment includes a large hood with a gas range, grill and small oven, two table top induction burners with induction ready pots and pans, a 41qt pressure cooker and many other pots and pans and cooking utensils.
DISH WASHING
A high temperature dishwasher will speed cleaning time and reduce chemical residue. A 3 basin sink is also available.
